About us

ProHill Property Care is a locally owned business based in Roleystone, providing property clean-ups, overgrown block clearing, and ongoing property maintenance across the Perth Hills.

We specialise in medium to large properties that need more than basic gardening — properties that are overgrown, hard to manage, or have simply fallen behind. Our work is hands-on, practical, and focused on delivering real results, whether that’s a one-off clean-up or bringing a property back under control for ongoing maintenance.

Owner-operator Jared Graham brings hands-on experience in property maintenance, landscaping, and machinery operation. Every job is approached with a straightforward, no-fuss mindset — turning up when promised, doing the work properly, and leaving properties noticeably improved.

ProHill Property Care has been operating for over two years, servicing residential and semi-rural properties throughout Roleystone, Kalamunda, Lesmurdie, Mundaring and surrounding Perth Hills suburbs. The business was recently rebranded to better reflect the type of work we do and the community we serve.
